  • To improve platform accuracy (anonymised data only)

4. Legal basis (UK GDPR)

  • Contract performance: delivering the design and supplier-matching service
  • Legitimate interests: platform improvement and security
  • Consent: marketing communications where applicable

5. Who we share your data with

  • Supplier partners: name, postcode, design summary and contact details when you request a quote
  • AI API providers: kitchen photos processed under a Data Processing Agreement
  • Email delivery: EmailJS, used to send quote and design emails. We do not sell your data.

6. Retention

Personal data retained for 24 months. Kitchen photos deleted within 30 days unless saved. Deletion requests honoured promptly.

4. Supplier referrals

KCUK acts as an introducer only. We are not a party to any contract between you and a supplier, and accept no liability for installation quality, timeliness, or outcome.

5. Limitation of liability

KCUK's liability for any claim is limited to amounts paid by you in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

6. Governing law

Governed by the laws of England and Wales.
